High CRI Work Lights
High CRI work lights, torches and inspection lights offer better overall lighting clarity vs the alternatives. CRI stands for Colour Rendering Index and quantifies out of 100 how close the light is to replicating an ideal natural light source, such as the sun which is CRI 100.
All our high CRI range are rated to a CRI 96+, which is very close to the maximum CRI 100. At this higher end objects will appear as they truly are, and this is ideal when you are working with paint. This makes our high CRI range of lighting ideal for car detailers and decorators, as they need to see what cars and walls look like with the highest level of clarity.
In addition to this, most of our high CRI products also have multiple colour temperatures. These range from warmer 2500k up to the cool white 6500k. These colour temperatures will help to show an object in a certain shade of light. This can be useful when working with paint as you need to understand what the paint will look like at different times of the day when the sun’s natural light changes.
