What if my tracking shows “Delivered” but I can’t find my package?

We recommend double-checking with household members, neighbours, and your community mailbox. Carriers can also mark items as delivered up to 24 hours before they arrive. If the package still doesn’t show up, contact us and we’ll help investigate.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually update the address. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct details. Once a package has been scanned by the courier, we’re unable to make changes.

Can I use my gift card on another Unilite store?

Gift cards are only valid for the store that they are issued on. For example, a gift card purchased or issued on the North America store will only work on this store.

Can I buy a gift card for my friend?

Yes! Place the order using your details (name, & email address) and forward the Gift Card to them. Alternatively, you can print off the code and give it to them this way. 

I placed an order using my gift card & now want to return the items

Orders paid using split payment (part Gift Card, part other payment method) will always be refunded to the Gift Card first. Any remaining balance will be paid back to the other payment method originally used, which will appear in your account within 7 working days.

Can I use a gift card during a sale?

Yes. You bet! Take advantage of those savings. 

Do I need to use all my gift card spend in one transaction?

No, you don’t. The amount you spend will simply be deducted from your Gift Card credit. You can then use the same Gift Card code on a new order you place with us. 

How long is my Gift Card valid for?

Unilite gift cards do not have any time limit placed on them

How do I purchase a gift card?

You can purchase a Gift Card via the accessories page on the Unilite website. Gift Cards are not physically shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Gift Card code. 

I received the wrong product. Now what?

In the unlikely event you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with the following information to ensure that we can get this resolved for you quickly & efficiently. You can email us at support@unilitena.com

  • Your order number
  • The name of the item you did not receive
  • The name of the item you received in its place
  • A clear photograph of the item you have received, including packaging

Once we’ve received the above info, our customer support team will get this sorted for you ASAP! 

You may also be asked to return the item but will be reimbursed for any delivery charges incurred.  

Can I use a gift card & make a card payment on the same order?

Yes

What if I’m not there to receive my package?

If you can’t change your delivery address, and no one else can accept the delivery, it will be returned to us and further arrangements can be made directly with us. Please keep in mind that the courier may leave your order in a safe place at the address provided so always check first before contacting us.
