How do I apply a discount code at checkout?

When you’re ready to check out, enter your promo code in the “Discount Code” box before completing your order. If the code is valid, your savings will be applied instantly.

Can I use more than one discount code on the same order?

Our system only allows one discount code per order. This helps ensure the best possible pricing and keeps things fair for all customers. If you have multiple offers, choose the one that gives you the highest savings.

Why isn’t my discount code working?

Most discount issues come down to expiry dates, exclusions, or minimum purchase amounts. Double-check the code’s spelling, the terms of the promotion, and that the offer hasn’t expired. If everything looks good and it still won’t work, reach out to us—we’re happy to help get it sorted.

Why can’t Unilite North America currently ship orders to the United States?

Due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations—including the removal of the de minimis threshold and the introduction of new tariffs—Unilite North America has temporarily paused all shipments into the United States. These changes have significantly increased the cost to import our products, making it temporarily unfeasible to ship U.S. orders at our normal pricing. You as the customer would be charged exponentially to import the products to you.

We’re actively working on solutions that will allow us to resume U.S. shipping as soon as possible. In the meantime, U.S. customers are welcome to browse our lineup, stay subscribed to our email updates, and reach out to our team if you need support or product information. For bulk orders or special orders, please reach out to us at sales@unilitena.com and we will assist you.

How long does shipping take within Canada?

Orders typically ship out within 1–2 business days from our warehouse in Western Canada. Delivery times vary by region, but most Canadian customers receive their order within 3–7 business days. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your address and the size/weight of your order. We aim to keep shipping as affordable as possible and often run promotions with discounted or free shipping.

Do you offer expedited or express shipping?

Yes. If you need your gear fast, you’ll see expedited options at checkout. Availability depends on your location and the courier services offered in your region.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Unilite North America ships within Canada. U.S. shipping is temporarily paused due to new import tariffs and the removal of the de minimis threshold. We’ll update this page the moment cross-border shipping resumes. We do have a number of international distributors so if you need assistance, please reach out to us at support@unilitena.com.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use it to follow your package every step of the way. If you didn’t receive a tracking email, double-check your spam folder or reach out to us.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

We’ve got your back. If your order arrives damaged, send us photos of the packaging and product along with your order number. Our support team will take care of next steps and make it right quickly.

What happens if my package gets returned to sender?

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll reach out to confirm the correct information. Re-shipping fees may apply depending on the situation.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, many of our courier partners can deliver to PO Boxes. If there’s an issue with your location, our team will contact you before shipping.
